What are your delivery times?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, once they are made personally for you. Delivery times vary by location — UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days, while international orders may take 7–10 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the EU, USA and many other countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

 

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Tracking information is available via the SHOP app if you leave your mobile number at checkout.

Are your products handmade?
